Little Cloud is surely growing up. She’s currently a few months shy of 3. We are starting to teach her phonics. She seems interested. What does dddddaaa-dog start with? What does caaa-cat start with? In this activity children can cut out apples, birds, cats, and dogs and paste them to their corresponding words near or around the tree.
You can ask them to find the a words, b words, c words and d words. Of course if they can read they can just paste the animals and friends on themselves!
After they have finished cutting and pasting they can color!
